Had 4 new tires put on and the guys had me out in less than 30 minutes!!! AND torqued the lug nuts properly, my fiancé checked lol. Was very impressed with Tire Center this time, they need to keep that group of guys.

I like the tires. I did not like the person that handled the sale as they lied about state laws to increase their sales. The shop manager corrected the problem after a call was made. Calls should not have to be made.

I have been getting synthetic oil change at dealer and did same at Walmart. Tech insisted my oil had to be changed within 5000 miles. I ask if same oil was used he said yes but it was only good for 5000 miles and he had never heard of an oil that lasted every 10,000 miles. I left very confused and now I am forced to get my oil changed again in 5000 miles. Will not go back to Walmart for oil change.

Pretty good service? Said that my tire had road hazard and it would be free, said my lock nut was in glove box oh that's ok we will get it for you, then after repair, said I'm not covered .maybe shouldn't have let them open my glove box? Plus they took my green valve stem cap. This place used to be really great.

Since I needed to do some shopping anyway, I thought it might just save time to have Walmart do it. They stripped my oil plug and blamed it on the company that changed the oil the last time. They said they couldnt fix it. I took my car to my usual place ( the one that Walmart was blaming) and they had the oil plug out in about 2 minutes. The owner showed me the oil plug and you could tell the marks on it were fresh.

Figured Walmart would have tires for our car but they had to have them shipped in from 3 different states and it took 2 weeks. On one call to them the person put the phone down on the desk and and after 15 minutes I hung up and called back. Vehicle was not serviced.
