Service was good; but the car was given back to me with a low tire pressure warning for the driver side front wheel. I was told that it would reset. I'll drive it for at least a week and call or go back to the Service Center to check it again if it doesn't reset by itself.

Long wait, and then after it was done I was told that they didn't have the oil for the service I had requested, so they used more expensive oil and I had to pay a lot more than I expected.

Oil change was fine but we came to Walmart primarily to check battery and replace it if needed (since you have free install), but they forgot to check the battery and then said they were too busy to bring car back in the shop.

Appointment was scheduled for 4 and 430 to have oil change and tires rotated. Appointment was not started until 5 without explanation for delay. Drove out at 6. Tech doing service seemed confused writing me up and was barely audible.

Above and beyond my expectations on my oil change and tire rotation. I had the final appointment on a very hot day. The two service techs were in the waiting room trying to cool down. At first they said they were done for the day, but then changed their mind and had me done and out the door in 45 minutes. Well done.

They were ready on time, installed my 4 Michelin CrossClimate2 tires. Amazingly Walmart tires (online) came in far under other dealers as much as $380 less than the highest. Also low on install, road hazard, and periodic rotation. All for $80.
Done on time. I would never have guessed Walmart for lowest cost.

Fast, Safe, Reliable, and very cost smart. Rotating the tires, service to anti-corrosion of the battery, and oil change with filter takes about an hour twenty or so. Nice people, I got there and there were several cars they were working on but they had plenty of people on. It went really well. I'll be back for sure! Thank you!
