Was not able to honor my reservation because their tire specialist did not arrive until 9am. While the work was done satisfactorily, their computer system was a mess because I had bought tires online and brought them with me. One hour job took over 3 hours total

They called, said they didn't have the filter. As they were telling me to come get it, I'm told the filter was being grabbed. The job was done in a timely manner, but lots of oil leaking from under my car. Doesn't seem to be steady, maybe just a messy job cleaning up after. But it is a little unnerving to see oil spillage in your driveway after a fresh oil change. Hope I'm not wrong.

Took a while to replace my tires. Seemed like they were dragging their feet. I have after market valve stem covers that were not replaced. And they didn't remember to put my center wheel caps back on, I had to ask the man doing the oil change to replace them. A little sketchy, but for the price. Can't complain. It is Walmart.

Was going to take my car for an oil/filter change at another shop but my son said Go to Walmart. I went in, dropped off my car and shopped while my car was being serviced. They did vehicle checks, and other services performed- all for a good price (compared to other places). The guys were also very professional and did a good job!

It took over 3 hours just to replace the battery. I kept asking the staff multiple times, and was told it will be ready in a little bit. If I was informed correctly that it will take them hours to complete the service, I would just dropped off the vehicle and return few hours later.

Tire are easy to order on line and for good prices, gitting them installed in a timely manner is were they fall short. Some of the employees are just lost and have no idea what is going on or needs to happen. That being said it is Walmart so you get what you get.

I went in for a battery replacement under warranty. After the work was completed I stood at the counter for over an hour waiting for a Manager to come back to the Automotive department to sign off on the free battery replacement. This shop has gone completely down hill in the last five years.

I just need to add covers dlfor the oil that is left behind in my car. For example my arm rest or my door. I have been getting my oil changed there for over six years. I haven't had any issues with any employees. They really do a great jod.
