Made an appointment online in advance, arrived and waited in line for nearly 15 minutes just to check in, attendant advised it would take 45 minutes to complete the service, service did not start until 45 minutes after appointment was scheduled to have started (per the Walmart service center text updates), took over 1 hour from appointment time to complete the service. The price was good though so I guess that's where it evens out.

No negative issues. Work completed timely. Cost, much cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend to have your routine maintenance done here at Walmart's Auto Center. It will save you some money.

Walmart Automotive in Scarborough was quick and efficient at tire purchase and oil change. I normally go to the Windham branch and love their service especially- thought I'd give Scarborough a shot. They did not disappoint this time.

Rude upon arrival at scheduled time then closed the automotive department before even calling, texting, or announcing over intercom that our vehicle was done!! Then we had to wait over an hour for the manager to figure out where our car keys were and for us to pay for the service. In fact he had the manager lock the outside door and didnt even inform him where he left our paperwork and key!!!

The service was great. Unfortunately Walmart removed the seating so there was no to sit while I was waiting. This made it extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention how ridiculous it was that I was made to walk completely around the entire store just to get inside the auto center where I parked. Also, Walmart makes it absolutely silly to make an appointment. It feels as if they dont want any business for their auto center.
