got there at open was second car in line for an oil change and still took over and hour, and they didn't have the tires i wanted, ended up going to another shop. service writer was friendly and moved attentively, manager in store couldn't be bothered, just immediately said tires no longer available. no drive to sell a different set

I appreciate that they open early on Sundays. The techs at the check-in stations are nice, quick and efficient (even the guy lol). The counter staff at check-out are as well. Friendly. I've always had good experiences when I take my car in for an oil change! :-) 10 stars!!!

For the fact that they "did" full inspection my tire pressure on their paperwork shows 32psi. And they didn't even look as the pressure in my tires being off-road larger tires are set to like 45psi. Makes me think what else they say they did but they don't

The Explorer has the battery hidden under the big panel in the engine compartment and it is so inconvenient to remove it, but the Tech was very experienced and fast! replacing it with a new Ever Start battery. Kudos to him!!

could not do service because skid plate was damaged and my tire was bulging so could not do tire rotation. no quote for new tires just need to take to full service shop.
