The staff was over the top amazing! They took more time than usual but sought me out to explain, in detail, why. They were making sure they covered all the details, being that it's a Mercedes. It extended to the manager and the cashier!! Two thumbs way up!!

Lied to me about my battery went to Pepsi boys and they tested it, they said your battery is good. Also said air filter was bad, when they replaced it last time. It is also noted on Car fax that they replaced it. That was in May 2025. Horrible experience for me to be given a receipt when I pay, with a note about the things they found out about my your car. With out even giving me feedback in person.
