It was an excellent experience the young men there at Walmart auto care center doing an outstanding job when it comes to oil, change changes, tire, balancing and rotation. They got me in and out within 45 minutes.. and they were very professional at what they were doing. Highly recommend this Walmart auto care center.

Walmart notably changes dates for Delivery and for pickup, and that's what happened to me for my recent scheduled appointment. I arrived to find that it was changed from the 10th to the 18th. Quick thinking made me ask for a different tire and to get them done! The Service Tech was smooth and polite in recommending some higher priced tires done today!!! Now I'm awaiting a refund for the original order!

I don't like idling, wasting my gas and polluting in line. I prefer parking my car, going inside, dropping off my key, shopping in store and getting paged when done. However, I did like the mechanic offering to change my air filter he saw in my bag. That's great customer service!

Again, they didn't fill my tires after they did the rotation and also didn't tell me that my tires had tire rot on them and actually needed new tires! Never again will I buy tires or get serviced again by Walmart.

Second time getting an oil change. Didnt really think about anything until today when I left my house, gassed up and was leaving town My car is now telling me that I need oil change. I will go to Walmart in Austin tomorrow and see if somebody can check it out.

The technician was on point, but checking out and paying for the service was the worst. I literally had to use my cell phone and call the Walmart asking for help at Auto care register. My self and a couple of other customers stood at the register for over 20 minutes with no employee in site.
