Service was good. Only complaint is they were out of the oil we wanted so we had to buy the expensive stuff which is a bummer bc we just did a bunch of work to our truck and will be getting another oil change soon so the good stuff was a waste of $ this time around.

I had an excellent experience. Hit a curb. Took truck to a big name company to evaluate my damage. Then I took it to Walmart for my free rotation and balance (free if you buy tires there). They detected more problems than the big name shop, and even showed me. I took it to a different big name shop to fix the damages.

I came in with a leaking tire due to a nail, I bought my tires here along with the road hazard protection. They said the tire was unrepairable and they wouldn't be able to replace my tire because I have all wheel drive and that I would need to buy new tires or take my wheel off of my car and bring it in and buy a replacement. What is the point of paying extra for road hazard protection if you will not honor that?
