After having to go back a second time because it was not initially completely repaired, it was great. Chuck, the shop manager took care of me and my car wonderfully and answered a question about a light on my dash, as well. ALWAYS trust him to work on my stuff.

Price was good, asked the guy to replace a headlight bulb and he told me "oh the plug was just loose" I checked the bulb myself and it was burnt out and the plug wasn't loose at all. Ended up just having to replace the bulb myself.

They continued to upcharge after giving us a total over the phone and because of a lug missing refused to replace the front tires which are in worse condition and instead replaced the back ones that were safer to have.

Picked up a bolt in front drivers side tire. Being an AWD vehicle I needed to replace both front tires. Rear tires were like new. Tires were installed and we were on our way in less than an hour.

I tell them every time to grease all fittings and when I check in the parking lot half are missed so they have to finish the job in the parking lot, I just wish they would do the job right the !st time
