I blew a tire, fortunately on on the street right across the WM Service Center. While on the phone trying to reach the service department, a young man, James, miraculously appeared at my driver's window. He calmed a very stressed senior lady and walked her through what to do. WM installed a new tire promptly and efficiently. I'm very grateful to James.

Arrived and was told to move my car twice then finally ended up where I originally got in line.
Had an appointment 3:30-4:30 but my car wasn't finished until after 5:30!
The workers at the desk were unpleasant when I simply asked for an update and again not friendly upon check out. Will never get my car serviced at this location again.

I had excellent service at the Walmart Auto Care Center on E Rittenhouse Rd.in Queen Creek. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my car is doing great. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. I will go back!

Flat tire discovered late on a Sunday afternoon. They took my car in right away. Replaced all 4 tires with new ones and did an oil change an hour before closing. Really saved the day and my son was able to get to his finals at 8AM the next morning.

They forgot to put the reminder sticker for next oil change on window. When I brought it up to them it took them 15 minutes to get a new tag and it wasn't even printed out, they wrote with their messy handwriting. This is the second time I have had this issue at two different Walmart's.

I made an appointment to have my oil change on line, when I showed up a few minutes early, I was greeted by the sign -in attendant who confirmed my name and car mileage. We discussed what type and brand oil to use and I was on my way to shop. With in 25 minutes I was called that the job was completed. This is fantastic service!

I took my car in for service, oil change, both lanes full with 3 cars in each lane. I was told there would be about 1 1/2 hour wait but the service was done in just over an hour! I thought this was superfast compared going to the dealer and no "up selling"!

I drove in to the service department without an appointment, needing a battery. They told me it would about 1/2 hour so I went into the store to look around and within 15 minutes I got a call from the service manager that my car was done and ready to pick up. The battery purchase included free installation!

Service was fast, friendly and efficient. I came out of the store and found a nail in my back driver's side tire (3 month old tires). I immediately drove over to Walmart where we had purchased the tires. Thankfully they weren't super busy because I had perishable groceries in the car! Intake was easy and they changed out the damaged tire for a brand new one due to the location and angle of the nail. I waited comfortably inside while the technicians worked on it. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!
