I order a tire on line. Set up an appointment because the tire was supposed to be in the day before. The day I was to come in I got a cancellation notice due to tire not in. Strange a week and still not there.
Set up another appointment and the morning of appointment Cancelled again. Tried calling shop No one answered the WHOLE day. Took off work early and went by store. Spoke to Shop Manager and he went to found tire. Sorry we forgot to check in tire when it arrived. So I scheduled another day. Got up that morning and guess what. My appointment got cancelled again. I went down there and talked to New Manager(other got firedwonder why). They forgot to check in my tire from the time I spoke to old manager. So the automated system thought that tire was not there. This place is very unreliable and there was a lot of standing around.

Staff and team members are unprofessional. No one is ever st the cash register or customer area. Staff stay in the garage area laughing, talking and on their personal phone. Do not recommend this auto care center.
