Fast service. All lugs were tightened. Valve stem caps a little loose. My notifications were prompt but the last notification I got said that my appointment was cancelled. It wasn't, they just completed the tire rotation. This seems to be a bug in the system

I bought four new tires online waited a week for them to come in and made an appointment to have them installed. Walmart took me in right away in front of other customers who hadnt made an appointment and was there for about 2.5 hours. I would have given 5 stars if it had taken the 1 hour it stated on the website. Overall a good experience.

Got some new tires but thats about it. Service was horrible!!! Told three different people I ordered online but instead were trying to sell me tires. Employees arguing just sad. Waited over 2 hours and didn't get all the service I needed because they didn't listen about the oil change I mentioned when I first arrived telling me it would be another 1 1/2 hours. So thats how it went and won't happen again because I'm not going back!!!

I was there for an oil change. 1.5 hrs later, no service done was on vehicle. And my car was the only one in line for an oil change. Extremely understaffed store.

Everything was ok at Walmart and customer support wasnt that good because they lost my keys and held me up. Other than that my experience is ok. You just not going to get great service and cheap prices at Walmart. You have to pick one.
