Tires are of good quality and for fair price. Tire installation was also fair price. However, i had the tire pressure light on, was not fixed or addressed during service. Also I cant say for sure but I feel my rims may have gotten scratched/damaged during instal. I dont remember them having so much "curb scratches".

It took me 3 hours waiting just to have two tires changed. The associate told me there 5 customers ahead of me. But, as I was waiting, there many other customers who came and left before me. When I question it, then I was told these customers had an appointment. That part wasn't communicate with me in advance so I waiting could have made an inform decision about waiting or not.

I ordered tires from them, and they arrived 8 days late which can happen. The real issue was the lack of competence afterward. When we tracked the shipment with FedEx, it showed as delivered. I was sent back and forth with customer service, only to eventually reach someone who knew what they were doing and discovered the tires had been sitting in the warehouse the entire time.

I was a bit skeptical about these at first because the price was so much lower than the big-name brands, but I am thoroughly impressed. After 2,000 miles, the ride quality is smooth and surprisingly quiet. They handle rain much better than my previous (more expensive) set. If you're looking for premium performance without the 'brand name' tax, these are a no-brainer

It was greatly appreiate and I am thankful for getting my vehicle serviced as a walk in without an appointment. This was a great convenience for me as it allowed me to do just a little bit of shopping (window for the most part) & take care of some things as the oil change was greatly needed / past due.

Liked - service started on time as scheduled.
Disliked - soiled mat & rug and dirty finger prints on door and hood (white car).
Disliked - walmart unable to provide tire rotation with oil change service. Even at additional costs.
Most auto service stations provide tire rotation with their oil change service.

Website allows to put only one thing to be done. Before was the same but at the store the do all. Last time they said that it was impossible, that I have to make another appointment, so I have to go twice.

The text messages before the appointment were incorrect. One text even stated my service appointment was canceled. Good thing I still showed up. The appointment was not canceled.
Also the oil dipstick looked like there was too much oil put in.

People were nice enough, and I was a walk-in, so I "kind of" understand the 4 hour wait, but they refused to rotate my tires because they claimed they didn't have the right socket for the lugz because my lugs were the wrong size. And when they replaced my battery, they left large dirt marks on several areas in my white interior.

A pain in the neck at the beggining, msin issue tires were not available after a full week since the original order was paid and scheduled. Walmart cancelled my appointmentb2 hours prior due to the lack of tires? The local manager was above the customer service system and solve my issue in 24 hrs.
