My appointment for an oil change was just over 2 hours.
Customer with appointments were turned away due to tire machines not working.
Customers were irate.
The staffing was Short.
Walmart needs to turn this around.
The automotive team should not have to work under these poor conditions.

I ordered the tires on walmart.com and when they were delivered, I made an appointment to have them installed. The installation was quick. The tech tested the vehicle and found out that the battery is failing so I had a new battery put in as well and the car runs great, and the tires are awesome

Worst service ever. My appointment was canceled twice due to they had no staff. Charged me twice for the same tires after I had already paid for them. Lost my hub cap covers to 4 of my tires. Went to store manager to explain issues and he didn't seem to care.

Took over four hours for scheduled appt. Just tire mounting. I also saw them turn away several other customers who had appts later than mine. I'm torn though, because they're very kind and gave a a $120 discount (free installation plus free new air filters and installation). It's just poorly staffed. Good guys though.

Great experience. The place needs more staff as workload on one outstanding woman to coordinate all aspects of the automotive section seems unreasonable. She is amazing to watch and not sure if walmart understands her dedication and comittment she makes to their customers daily.

Now that they take appointments there's no more guessing as to how long a wait you'll have to endure at this Walmart. Oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour and a half, plenty of time to peruse the stock in the same store and make some purchases.
