Very poor service today. One person at counter writing up orders, accepting payments and notifying customers that there car is ready. Garage area seemed disorganized with some people worrying more about what their coworkers were doing instead of doing their job.

They were a complete disaster. They didn't know what was going on, couldn't follow instructions and the cashiering staff in Auto area was horribly rude. The Manager for that area was even worse. I had to go to the store manager for assistance because he refused to assist me due to their mistake. I took my other car to the Oldsmar store for service and a 1000% difference.

It was great, they added a tire rotation as I requested with no prob;e. However the service writer filled out a new order instead if assignng it ti my online order. I keep getting notices asking me to reorder my missed appointment

Great service better prices don't have a two hour wait. Also used better oil and filter and a lot better price than the dealers. Also lost my two oil changes from the dealer ,they said expired, cause I don't drive many miles , not a happy camper with Chrysler corporation because I lost two oil changes .

I had a 3pm appointment work wasn't started until 3:30 and it was a tire exchange but I was charged for a new tire. the customer service by the team lead was awesome he took care of the issue right away. but there is someone that works in the automotive dept that keeps telling customers to come in at 8am causing abig backload of work.

Price was good for a full synthetic oil change. I couldn't do it myself for what they charge honestly. But the whole experience with the customer service in tow l the tire line expires area was a mess. All the techs were on break at the same time no one was working except two in store associates that were helping customers answering phones and working other departments the best they could. Absolute catastrophe.

Poor customer service and it took 3 hours to mount 4 tires WITH an appointment. Over heard Bob tell a customer it would take 3-4 hours since she didnt have an appointment. She checked in right before me. We finished at the same time and I HAD the appointment.

They were pretty quick but one employee was a little cranky. I was notified when my car was ready and when I stepped up to the register the employee said "I can't write up any service right now but, he changed his attitude when I told he I was there because my car was ready.

very bad service. my new tires were balance wrong, they broken one of my new tires TPM sensor that I bought in Walmart too and I spend more money in other workshop to fix these issues. Sorry but this experience was very bad. I cannot recommend to anybody. I pay life time balance and tires warranty but I cannot come back for this poor service

Overall it was okay. I need to go back though to get my service sticker. They took the other one off and did not leave a new one on to tell me when to get my next oil change. They seem to forget about that alot. I usually do remember every three months though. Glad I got it done though

They were timely and considerate, however, they did not reset my dashboard indicators like they should have and I asked. When I pulled out, all kinds of warning and indicators were flashing on the dashboard. It would have been hard to miss when they pulled it out of the work bay. It so happened that I went straight from there to my mechanic to cage j the brakes. When he put it up, he pointed out that oil was dripping out at the bottom. It was fresh from my oil change. I need to take it back for them to fix.
