Oil change prices are lower than those at other dealerships and/or auto shops. I'm not wild about Groupon. At one Oil Change, I noticed the technician had what appeared to be a cut-off plastic bucket and poured oil into it. A day later, I checked the level, and the oil was dark brownscam store.

I had an appointment scheduled and it was delayed. The car service took much longer than quoted. Car was returned with broken dipstick and I was told that I needed to find a new one and come back in to be reimbursed. This was the most expensive oil change accounting for time and gas spent on trying to find a new dipstick. The staff did not seem to care, which was disappointing.

They were under staffed and my service took twice as long as it should have. Wal-Mart doesn't have a seating area for its customers. When things take to long. My wife and I were stuck in the store for 3 hours, with no place comfortable to set. Very frustrating. My service was completed right just took far to long.

They did a good job getting me in quickly. When the techs looked at the car they told me nothing was wrong with my battery that it just needed a charge. Car wouldn't start again a few days later. Found out there was a dead cell in the battery and had to be replaced. Not sure how the Walmart techs missed that. Seems like if the battery was really looked over they would know it needed replaced.
