A the tire guy in the shop was very professional. The service time was quite long. Right front tire lugs were loose and tire is out of balance. Going to return to Walmart to get the tire rebalanced. Might have lost a weight. I was a mechanic for 30 years and understand that things can be difficult when your day is very busy and things can be missed.

Over 3 hour wait , told it was old be 1 hour at most. 4 tires installed. Around $1200.00 for tires and installation. I had an appointment. Better get your act together. I won't be back

Good price for mount, balance and lifetime rotation. Cheaper than the tire shops. Walmart is, well... Walmart. Hurry up and wait if you don't have an appointment.

Horrible experience Had my tires rotated and after that my alignment was off, left dirty oily rags in my drivers seat and there were 4 workers and only 2 of us customers and we had to wait almost 2 hours. I WILL NEVER USE PARIS WAL-MART AUTO CENTER AGAIN.

There were only two technicians, which was understandable due to COVID, but there was no one at the counter when we were ready leave, they tried to double charge me for a tire I had purchased online, and the overall atmosphere of those working in the back was a lack of focus on their job. There was only one technician who really paid attention, but it was not worth the aggravation.
