Did not like anything went to get 2 new tires on the front of the car. They only installed one side told me they could not remove the lugs on the driver side. I ended buying the tire and taking to my mechanic to install. They installed it for me. I spent three hours at wal mart. Very dissatisfied

Work was done in a timely manner and the mechanic was great! He found me a selection of tires to choose from and explained what my options were. He didn't try to pressure me into buying the most expensive one. He was really professional and got me back on the road and back to work.

Almost impossible to make an appointment and every time I show up, they say that I have to wait for everyone who has an appointment and that a new car can show up every 30 minutes, which is unfair. The employees on in Walmart should be answering the phone and scheduling appointments. I don't get text messages of when my car is done.

Worst experience. Made an appointment for 3 pm and hour later and my car had not been served, after I brought it to their attention it was another hour before it was complete. I brought thr oil and filter and they ended up leaving a can of oil open in my passenger side floor and it spilled all over my trucks mat.
