Walmart Auto Care was well over one hour late in starting my oil change! In fact, I had to ask the rep when they would start servicing my car and that's when he got it started. If I had not inquired I'd have been waiting even longer. It still took 2.5 hours for the oil change service, while I waited on-site.

I had an appointment and at check-in they said it will be done in 1 hour. It took over 2.5 hrs. The technician said that initially he couldn't find the right oil type. I had also requested air filter and cabin filter chnage and the technician said they did not know how to do it on this car.

Typically, I have no problem having my van serviced at Walmart. It is usually a quick and easy process. This time, however, I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 a.m. My van was not ready until 12:30 p.m. I am a Walmart Girl, but there is only so much that a person can do to pass the time waiting for 2 hours in the store.
