.The staff are excellent, but the waiting time is too long. They give you an appointment for one hour and then see you an hour and a half later.

Affordable oil change service that doesn't break the bank. It's not quick, but there's a Walmart right there to get your grocery shopping done while you wait.

First time changing oil at Walmart. Before starting, they didn't tell me the brand, type or origin of the oil. I don't know if they changed the filter, which is very important with every oil change. I heard that they change the oil by suction, not from underneath the car. As a customer, I would like more options besides just giving me the price. For "security" reasons, I couldn't watch the change.

After they wouldn't do my oil and filter at Central Florida Toyota, I went to Walmart and told Ian about my frustration and he said, "Don't worry, we'll help you. I have 4 cars and I'm going to get them all done at this location! I feel very Thankful and Grateful!

Overall, I was pleased with my service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was 2nd in line that morning, and it still took an hour an a half for a simple oil change on my truch. Other than that, the gentleman who checked me in along with the guy who checked me out, both were very courteous and professional. Great Job!!

They said about two hours it was four and half and they didn't put windshield wiper fluid in it I got ready to leave and my windshield wiper fluid was still out I ask why know fluid and he said the hose is broken so I had to buy some and ask them to put it it , I was there for oil change service suck this time around it usually be great Service

Over 4 hours to replace a tire with a nail in it. I have the road side hazard warranty and was charged 45 dollars. The manager of the automotive w didnt understand how the warranty works and charged me. I called Walmart corporate and was told I was over charged so I had to drive 30 minutes back to this Walmart to be reimbursed . I will not use this Walmart automotive store again

I marked it only fair it's because again for the third time nobody has changed the oil filter. They charge you for the oil filter but they're not changing the oil filter. It's easy to get to it's right there on top of the engine but they don't change the oil filter. They change the oil.

It took too long to get it done took more than 3 hours and there wasn't that many people there waiting you're always complaining we're short staffed we're doing what we can that kind of message is coming from employees that work at Walmart are just excuses.

It appears to be happening to me consisttenly with multiple locations I have gone for my oil change.When i arrive for my oilchange I want the oilchange i have agreed to pay for and set the appointment for, and in this case the $27 oilchange. Iget there and as always we are out or some other reason i cant get what i wanted. SO NOW I AM THERE AND HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMTHING I DO NOT WANT!!!!!!! My appointments are early to try to beat the busy time, to get the oil service i set an apointment for and not have to go somewhere else.
