As a walk in it didn't take to long maybe 30 to 40 minutes wait. I'm use to getting 5000 mile oil change but they gave me a 3000 mile oil change. We'll I didn't ask so assuming was not good. I will go back to valvoline oil changes. They cost a bit more but it's worth it.

Friendly staff at the counter but the tire workshop had some room for improvement.
I ordered Goodyear tires but the cheaper Douglas tires were installed. So I had to wait 1 extra hour to get the tires replaced.
The 4 tires pressures were all over the place when I got my car back, from 35, 37 to 38, 40 psi. I had to bleed out some air because 40 psi was way too high.

Fast and easy mechanic didn't have the regular filters for the oil chance so he grabbed one off the shelf and gave me his employee discount....I thought it was a thoughtful thing to do ...I originally had only the cost of the regular service the extra task would have been extra and I wasnt prepared to pay that anyway..so it worked out

I had an appointment and waited almost 45 minutes. I asked the tech 2 look at my tires, because one I kept going flat. And the others kept saying, the tire pressure is low. Remind you, I bought my tires from Walmart and they're supposed to have a a warranty of some kind. They Said they would see if they had the time to do the oil & tires. I got my car back, they said they checked the tires couldn't find anything wrong. The very next morning, my tire was flat again and I was late to work and I had to find another shop And pay for the tire to be repaired it had a hole in it and other had a nail.

I booked an appointment at 2:30 and did not get assisted until 430 because I had to find assistance since I had to leave to pick up my son at 5 o'clock. Staff was very unhelpful and did not honor a discount for the excessive wait time. The scheduling team kept excusing their reasoning for not finishing the oil change because everyone was supposedly on lunch break. No Manager on duty and no compensation. This was a waste of my day, especially after waiting to have an appointment.
