A lot of back & forth required to get the tire installation done, due to their allegedly old equipment not being able to handle 21" wheels I bought the tires through WMT website and made the appointment there too. So, the extra friction + added wait time was very annoying.

Brand new set of tires and I get in the car drive away and notice all 4 tires are at different Psi and all very different. Crazy. They did not even check/add the correct amount of pressure. Everything else was fine but not impressed for new set. Makes you wonder did they do everything else right.

It was quicker than the past. Don't understand road hazard insurance that only covers 63%of replacement. Some how it f you have 60 plus remaining it should cover the whole tire and the insurance should continue for the new. My "insurance " for now 4 tires paid them for their cost of my new tire. But what about the 100 others who bought the insurance and never made a claim

It took me 3 hours to get the battery replaced. My first appointment was at the S. Goldeman Rd. store, but they didn't have any batteries compatible with my Kia. I then went to the E Colonial store, where I had to wait all that time.

Walmart always does a good job with my oil change. The inside attendantcwas very nice. The man who checked my car in was not very friendly, but as long as my car was serviced properly, thats all I care about.
