Very long process that took 2.5 hours to replace a flat tire. No cars in bays when I arrived but counter service took a long time and very inexperienced. I had 4 new tires Oct 22 2022 and bought the road hazard
Warranty on each tire. I had a metal blade in my tire and Walmart is to replace a viable tire if the tire was ruined by a road hazard. Mine was unfixable. I had my purchase paperwork and they had the tire so they installed it. The issue then became what to charge me. So apparently the warranty is worthless. They called a manager back, which took 20 minutes for him to show up. He had to talk to the mechanic, then had to call an auto center manager at home to try to figure out what to do. After 2.5 hours on a flat tire caused by a road hazard that I had purchased a warranty for 9 months ago, they decided to charge me $10 for a new tire. I have always bought my tires at Walmart. The are very slow in getting them installed but they have (had) a great warranty so I endured the long waits and low professionalism getting them installed for both the warranty and the price and the variety. Walmart has failed now on their warranty and I will stop using the auto center in all stores completely. Too bad because they have a great company that serves all my needs but they lost me as customer yesterday. I did get a new tire for $10 but was completely sold a bill of goods when I bought the warranty
