Did a bait and switch. I scheduled an oil change online at $46.88. Store cancelled the online order by saying I was a no show and entered an in-store oil change service at $69.18. When I challenged the price the attendant said that this store does not accept online prices, yet they accepted the online scheduling. This is truly a bait and switch.

Bought 4 tires online with Black Friday sale. Appointment was three weeks later, and the website wasn't clear all 4 tires had arrived at the service center, but once I arrived they checked me in, and performed the service well. It took about an hour and half from when I arrived to get my car back. Tires seem to be mounted well.

They did change oil, oil filter and replaced my battery. After the service, my Keyfob won't start my car. My husband went back to the service counter and no one knows what to do. Nobody can help us at all. My husband Google and we use the emergency access on the Keyfob to start. Frustrating!!!

Overall service was terrible. Did not have filter on the shelf included in the oil change and charged a higher price for the replacement. They would not hold the original price and I wound up spending $70 for an oil change which is ridiculous. I will no longer go there for oil changes. I would not even give them 1 star.

Woke up to a dead battery on a Monday morning. I was able to get my car over to the service center, expecting to wait because I didn't have an appointment. Not only were they able to get me in pretty much right away, but they also helped me pick a battery without trying to upsell me. Excellent experience.

After doing research Walmart had the best prices for the tires I needed and a good quality as well. The installation Appointment was made at the time of the purchase which was great and they delivered the tires right to the store.
Accolades to the auto tire service at Walmart on Rt 9 in Old Bridge, NJ. Appointment was for noon and I was out of there in @ 40 minutes.

Got there at 7 (first one there) and waited because the clerk was late. Watched the younger worker who obviously gets paid by the hour work as slow as possible. While an older worker who obviously enjoys his job was almost done with his second car while my car sat without a tire for 45 min. Please give that older gentleman a raise.

I have already referred many family and friends to Walmart for oil changes. My last oil change they were so busy that they couldn't take an extra 15 minutes to rotate my tires. So that was a bit disappointing. But otherwise, everything went well I will continue to use them for oil changes...

Didn't like that I made a 7:30 appointment and I arrived at 7:30 and was told that the techs don't come in till 8:15 why would you schedule appointments at 7:30 than so I had to wait till 8:20 for my vehicle to by brought in to the shop not very good customer service !!

The tech Halford (Hal) did a great job! Took ownership of the situation and saw it through from being to end. I highly recommend using him. Although the rest of the techs and assistant manager Jorge don't know what they're doing.

Very easy to schedule the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and checking in was a breeze. The service was completed within 45 minutes while I was shopping inside the store. I would highly recommend this shop.

Had an appointment at 7am. Got there right on time and they were still closed, no one came in until 7:45am which they didn't start right away. My car wasn't put on lift until 8:15am

Relatively inexpensive oil change done quickly. Unfortunately online scheduling doesn't allow to enter oil change and rotation. At the day they were understaffed and refused to do rotation.
