I signed in to get my car serviced for an oil change. I never got a notification of my car registration for service or being worked on or when it was done. Signed in at 10:40 am my car was not completed until 12:30 pm. I constantly had to be asking for an update on my car. I have never had any problems there before disappointment this service.

Took my truck in to have the tires rotated and balanced but see how I didn't say balanced they didn't do it and then my tire sensor on back driver's side wasn't working after I left and when I took it back they told me they were all dead but the they all worked when I took it in and the other three worked fine poor customer service never take there again I believe they broke it and didn't won't to fix there mistake.

I was told they could work me in for oil change and tire rotation within an hour3 hours later of waiting it was kind of completed. I paid for the upgraded oil which was suppose to come with vacuuming the cab which didn't happen.

I got the text telling me my car was checked in soon after I dropped it off at noon. The text was never updated. Finally, at 2 pm I went back to the auto center. It was sitter in the garage and no one was in there. The car had NOT been touched for 2hoursi just want tires rotated which took only 15 minutes when they got to it. If the mechanic who took my info had told me there would be a 2 hour wait, I wouldnt have left my car there.

The customer service from cashier and mechanics were awesome the mgr on site for tle could have been a little bit more understanding and compassionate about my situation. But at the end the mechanic that fixed my car was really nice and explained problem with my car and fixed it. So made me very happy thats all I wanted.

Went into Walmart tire center to have them take a look at my slow leaking tire. After a bit the gentleman came out and described in detail what they did to fix the tire. He took it very seriously. The slow leak was fixed and I went on my way. Patrick.

Had the battery replaced in my Buick. The battery was $50 less than the cheapest one I found in town and since I bought it there, the installation was free. The battery is located in the trunk and you have to take apart half of it to get to the battery. Anywhere else would've charged for the hour of labor to get it done.

Very unprofessional definitely in need of a manager back there 3 guys standing around acting like they didnt know what to do then when my tire was fixed had to wait why one guy could write the invoice the other guys didnt know how the man that changed my tire was in store with another customer why I waited for my ticket. They need to complete one client at a time esp when service is complete.

They did a good quick job. The good news - they spotted a tire that needed replacing. The bad news - Walmart now carries on the low rated Douglass tire in that size - rated for 40,000 miles wears out in about 10,000 to 15,000 miles. I had that tire before. worst tire I ever had. But the people were great.

Although I went to this shop because they were the ones who could order the Michelin tires I needed, I was impressed with the process from start to finish: to the associate who helped me find the tires to the technician who met me at the shop to the extensive report of what all was checked. Excellent service and experience.
