Scheduled an appointment. brought my vehicle in early. the crew took it in 1/2 hour earlier than the appointed time and did my tire rotation and balance with no problems.

I was so happy they were able to fix my tire,but I had to wait while they fix it which I told them and when they were done instead of telling me sitting in the wait area they called my home phone and let a message. I got there at 10 am and sat there until 2 when one of the tech said your car should be ready and looked. My car was done at 11:30and I sat there not told..

Well I made an appointment a week in advance for 1 PM. At 2 PM I asked him why I made an appointment. Then it was still an hour and a 1/2. Before I was done. The one good thing is. It's on the Walmart plus member. So I got free road hazard flat tire repair.
