People were very professional and polite, but I got there at 7:40 and they told me 2 to 3 hours. I had to sit there and wait for five hours. I think that's a bit much special as I purchased my wheels from Walmart.

Made an appointment no point because they didn't start my car until 1 1/2 hrs after I arrived. Took 3 1/2 hrs for 2 tires always seem to have scheduling issues. I would understand if I was just a walk in.

Appointment was at 1:30, I got there fifteen minutes early, and was checked in by 1:25; however, the service wasn't started until 2:35. once started it was finished quickly, but checkout was slow.

One of the best experiences at Walmart Service. Very smooth and the staff were super helpful and fast.
The online scheduling tool worked very well, but I believe they should expand some of it's capabilities. But just having that is huge! BTW Walmart you need to have a staff member 100% assigned to taking calls or a chat system with a person giving timely responses. Universally no one ever answers the phone!

The service writer told me one hour and three hours later the vehicle was still not even started. Had to take the vehicle home bring it back the next morning and then it took me an additional two hours and I was the first customer at the door. No apologies.

Extremely long wait time. Arrived at 7.45 am to have one tire replaced and took them 3 hours. I didn't have an appointment but the lady in front of me did and took that much time or longer. James at the front desk was great. Two mechanics in the back were working on cars the other 2 or 3 were playing with their phones. One of them after playing with his phone around 10.36 started change the tire and was ready at 10.57.

I forgot my phone, told them and they new not to call it but they did ...smh.
Was shopping in store they could have paged me to come to service desk, nope.
I will pay the extra at Jiffy Lube for next oil change.

Because I made an appointment before going in my service was very expedient. I got in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, granted I was there to have a tire replaced and I had preordered it to the store but they were terrific and even measured the wear on my tires to make sure there would not be any problems due to my car being all wheel drive. This was a really good experience with my service and how it was handled.
