The service was good. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. The price on tires was good, the only thing is that they should quote entire service to mount and package amounts.

The customer service was terrible. They claimed to be out of high mileage oil for my oil change so they wanted to up-charge me to get it off the shelf. Which is crazy because it's not my fault they ran out, why should I have to pay more. They should also have a sign that says they cannot change headlights if the housing has to be removed.

Horrible!! Stripped my lugnuts and then said my tires were bad and needed new ones and that's why they could rotate. They are pretty new tires! Took immediately for second opinions and my tires are just fine. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE WALMART!! now they've cost me a tons of money and trouble and lied ab it!

I ordered tires from Walmart.com and had them installed by Walmart near my home. Installation was done very quickly. Only issue is that Walmart.com now ships tires to your home (free shipping) rather than to the store where they will be installed--a minor inconvenience.

When beginning service, the employee writing up the work order listed my address incorrectly. They also listed my mileage incorrectly. Next, when I returned to the service area while responding to a text message, the employee at the register area was rude. Next, when picking up my vehicle, some of the promised work was marked as completed, but wasn't. (Tire air pressure) I guess I should have known better.
