Didn't like the customer service and that they waited over an hour into the service and say that they didn't have the right oil and then charge me for a higher price oil very disappointing and seeking

Very nice people. The automotive department is severely understaffed. The techs have to come in from the work area, take your order. Return to the work are and do the job, then return to the front desk to accept payment. They all do it in a pleasant manner but Walmart needs to do what it takes to fully staff the automotive department.

They never seem very nice at this location. Then the lady tells me I cant get road hazard warranty because I got 3rd party tires. Ive always gotten 3rd party tires there and have always gotten the warranty. I just dont think the workers are very knowledgeable.

Had one of the first free tire rotations why did I choose walmart? My first lesson was to never try to schedule ahead of time. They never answer the phone. Walking into restricted areas is the best way to get customer service. Not because the area is restricted, but that's usually where they are. If you buy a defective tire from them, you do not know how to shop for tires, and they're not going to service it. Otherwise, awesome place.

While they do not take appointments for oil changes, when I arrived at opening time, they took me in right away. Service was quick, professional, and personable! Plus, the cost was low but competitive. I highly recommend Walmart Auto Care Center in North Augusta!

Everyone was very friendly. My car was the only one there so the service was fast.I honestly can't tell you how good a job they did. If I knew anything about oil changes I'd do it myself. The car didn't blow up when I drove it home so I assume all is well.
