I went in for a high mileage oil change and ask for Mobil oil; Walmart put in Pennzoil; they left a dirty rag in my car. didn't check my transmission fluid like I had requested; I guess maybe they don't do that.

They unable to put my spare back where it belonged due to them not having the equipment and being understaffed. The gentleman at the register was really nice explaining why they couldn't do it and was apologetic. Wasn't his or the staff's fault.
