This Walmart was excellent. I'd tried to have oil changed a week earlier at the
Walmart at 9885 Collier Blvd, Naples, FL 34114 and the service dept (and manager) were bumbling idiots (insisting that I needed 'high mileage' oil when I only have 18,000 on my engine, eventually them remembering that they didn't have an oil filter, telling me there'd been a 'recall' the previous day). All of this while I still onside in 100 degree heat!

They are extremely busy they don't take appointments and if you want to get in right away, you need to be there by 6:30 in the morning.
Other than that, I was very pleased with the work done Wait one other thing they never answer the phone you get this recording that says they're extremely busy and they please call back

Waited over 2 and a half hours for an oil change!! Will take my car to Valvoline from now on and pay a little more but at least their service department will not put other vehicles in front of mine! Will absolutely not recommend this service department to anyone!!

Order was received on Thursday, but got no call. stopped on Saturday and the tires were there. Set up appointment for Monday. on Monday they had no concept that they were in inventory. Apparently, when they received them, the paper wasn't transferred from driver to store. I had an appointment for seven to mount the tires, but nobody knew until 8 AM how to put them in the inventory. everything else was exceptional.

They rotated my tires, but apparently the back tires are half inch wider than the front tires And instead of swapping the back two tires they rotated them to the front. It's causing rubbing it now and I've got to take it back in to fix it.

They are very organized when you arrive, waited less than an hour for an oil change and their price is very reasonable.
The only downside is that it was hard to get an appt over the phone - no answer. I went to the store to make the appt.
