Arrived at 9:30 AM Estimated time of an hour to an hour and a half- however it took more then 4 hours. I would have gone elsewhere, or at the very least gone home and dropped off the vehicle if they had been honest about how very long the wait would be. I did not leave until after 1:40 PM. There were only 2 other people, total, in that entire 4 hours plus in the waiting room other then my wife and I and they had arrived around 8 AM.

I just wanted an Oil change only. The Female worker that worked on my vehicle (top side). Took the window washer squeegee and tried to wash my windows but, they did not come clean-she just made then worse. She aired my tires when they did not need air. She checked my fluid:Windshield fluid, brake fluid, coolant when they did not need to be checked nor filled. I just wanted a Simple OIL CHANGE. Nothing more nothing less.

30 minutes after getting my oil change I developed an oil leak. They said I had a prior oil leak, which I know was false. The manager claimed he checked and replaced the filter again himself. " Magically" the oil leak I said I never had and their claim of prior oil stopped leaking after my second visit.

I went in to get my tire checked because it was low. I sat there for 2 hrs when they finally decided to look at it. Cars were coming in for oil changes and tires and they waited on them first. When I finally said something is when they looked at it. I guess there was something in it but they never said anything to me and there wasnt anything on the paper work.

Flat tire fixed promptly. I haven't checked to see if the tire still leaks. I had one repaired by this shop last year and it still leaked air slowly and they couldn't find the leak. I suspect the patch they used was leaking but only when the car was in motion so at rest there no air was leaking.
