Great service and friendly help! Unfortunately their machine to relearn my tpsm is broken and could not help me on that but installation was fast and smooth and its why I only give 4 starts because Walmart itself has not replace their employees equipment for them to give a better service

I expected no problems (never had any before in this type of servicing), but they informed me that the wheel lug nuts were all swollen and had to be replaced before the wheels could be removed. Ohhh-kay, why? They were aluminum and usually swelled in northern-Illinois heat -- if they got stripped while being removed, it would be difficult to get them off, and Wal-Mard didn't do that anyway -- it was up to me. I bought 20 lug nuts at a parts store, then tried for an appointment at a service shop -- and the closest was four days away. Got the lugs replaced, went back to Wal-Mart the next day, and had the tires replaced with no problems removing and resetting the wheels in less than an hour. Good service on the original problem, difficulty in info (why? and how?) furnished by the Wal-Mart desk tech and a delay in prepping the car for the actual tire replacement.

The Technician who assisted myself in purchasing and installing new tires should not be working in the auto department! She couldn't find my account in order to see the previous tires I purchased! She almost put my
Old tires in front and new in back but fortunately the technician who was actually installing them called me to see if that was really what I wanted done! I had to tell her no that was not what I wanted. I even asked if she knew if any of the floor tires on sale would fix my vehicle and she told me I would have to just go look because she had no idea!! I spoke with the manager when he checked me out and he apologized for her not assisting me with help, looking up my
Account which he found easily and the almost error of placing new and old tires in the wrong place.

Everyone was very nice and I did not feel pressured for anything. I appreciated that part. They were also able to fit me in the schedule and the time estimate was accurate.
A couple things though...
1. When completed, the technician did not reset the Oil Life percentage in my dash
2. No one went over the final sheet telling me what they looked at and tasks completed. Such as tire pressure, fluids replaced or the fact that I was a Quart low in the beginning. Also in the sheet was my air filter needs to be changed, I like that I was not pressured for that part but I probably would have had it changed.
