Tech didn't reset the change oil on dash had to go back to have somebody else fix it. Tech not sure on different oil change options and couldn't explain then said our normal oil we use was out and we had to get different king just to have him call and say they actually had the oil we usually use in stock.

The tech did not secure the oil filter cap and all of the oil drained out of the engine as soon as we got on the interstate. We sat on the side of the interstate until a tech and service manager were able to come fix it.

I love the team lead, Margaret! She's fantastic. The guys in the shop were also quick and efficient. They did my oil change and everything else that comes with it. It was so quick. I was able to shop for a few minutes and come back, and my car was ready and waiting. I was very appreciative of that. So far, all of my experiences with the folks at Walmart have been wonderful! Good team of folks there!

Walmart had a rollback price discount on oil changes .
So I decided to let them do the oil change service on my truck.
The service department did a good job.
The next day I took my wifes car and had the oil change service to her car.
Walmart Auto Care Center Russellville Arkansas will be my place to get service on my vehicles in the future.

Had to have new tires. Was advised by the tire tech there that my tires may not be getting rotated at the dealership when then oil is changed and I always tell them to please rotate them when I take for oil changes. I'll be watching at the dealership to make sure they r rotated each time

Check in was quick and simple. Only complaint...... had my large fur baby. Can not go in store. Walked him around for over an hour. Hot and humid!!! Gave my phone number to let me know when done. Did not receive notification. Finally got agitated. Car had been finished 45 min ago!!
