Claimed they were unable to take bolts off in order to do my oil change. I had to go to another Walmart in West Monroe, LA. They had no problems in doing the oil change. Would never recommend the employees at the Walmart in Monroe for an oil change

Went to get tires balanced and rotated. Service was not completed. Low tire pressure light still on. Car started jerking after the oil change. I was reluctant getting it changed at Wal-Mart and I had my reasoning. Go elsewhere.

When I left Walmart I noticed my hub cap missing on the tire they repaired. I called the store and was told my hubcap was not there. I was told when I checked my car in they would check the other tires, they did not. I checked them because my light was still on and had to add air to the other three tires. Poor service.
