The people are always friendly if they have time, they will do your service right away and they always have a smile and it's more reasonable to have a tire fixed at Walmart much more reasonable. I had one tire with a nail in it and one tire that needed a stem replacement. It's only $22.

I arrived at Walmart and the had told me I had been set up with an appointment for an oil change which was incorrect. They told it was going to be a 2 hour wait.
I was driving and had new tires on in less than an hour. And they did it with care and efficiency

When you buy your tires at Walmart you need to make appointment. I needed my tires to be rotated. This service will be a walk in service. I was surprised I was in out in a reasonable time.

The service department was short handed. Taking appointment only, I asked the question does that apply to purchasing a battery. He said yes. I explain I had to get a jump in order to get there. He said let check it out, he did. In about 30 minutes I was taken care of.

I spent 3 hours waiting for work that was never done. My tires were never changed, I still have the old tires on my vehicle. I did get 4 new TPMS sensors replaced.
I was also charged for a rotation and life time balance and for disposal of 4 tires that never happened.

Service was not friendly or helpful. I was going to get charged for a tire rotation . Luckily I said something but what was frustrating was the fact the first person helping me checked my records and saw I got tires from them which warrants a free tire rotation. This is my second time here and it never seems to be run smoothly. No one ever seems to know what is going on.

When I purchased new tires few months ago they put them on the back when I requested them to be put on the front I had to pay a fee to have the tires done the right way which was not good they should have accepted their responsibility in the mistake and they didn't

I didn't need a new tire , my 1 rear tire had a screw in it "probably" for over 6 to 8 months and leaked very slowly causing a "low pressure" warning on the dash board, a couple times. The service people at Walmart fixed the tire in 20 minutes, and the cost was less than $20.00. Hooray for the customer !!

They were an hour behind with my appointment. Then I had to go drive and purchase an oil filter because they didn't carry it. They gave me nothing off the price for not only waiting 2 hours for an oil change but also having to drive and get them an oil filter for the service. Ridiculous.

Went at 7am for rotation and had tire pressure light on. No appointment, told first come but others had appoinments. Took almost 3 hours time to complete. Invoice was incorrect, have free rotations but was billed for that and not the tire pressure sensors. Had to wait for someone to get my bill corrected. Couldn't redo original invoice but finally got my sensors paid for. Since I have free tire rotations will need to go back there.

For some reason "my tires" couldn't come off and their tools couldn't get it off. I've gone to just regular tire shops and regular house mechanics and that was never a problem. They were backed up and was rushing to do everybody's car! Very poor service will never go to Walmart for my tires again
