I had a 5:00 appt. For my tires. I got their at 4:15 was next in line. I was told to go shop I would receive an email when car was ready. Never got an email. I went back to the tire center over 2 hours later. My car had been moved from the front of the line and parked next to storage trailers at back lot. When I asked why, I was told I was next. Paid in full prior to appt. Confirmed my appt 3 times that day with the store. I left the store 3 hours later. Very bad experience would not recommend to anyone.

It was the worst car care experience ever. They took over 2 hours with me having an appointment to do an oil change. After my car had been there for 45 minutes they still hadn't started on it and they weren't even busy. It wasn't until I asked what was going on they decided to pull my car in. I had to go to the bay 2 times to find out what was taking so long and still couldn't get a straight answer. They didn't even reset my sensor either. I'll never go to this service center ever again!

I made an appointment and when I arrived, the service lead treated me like he did not know I was coming, even after telling him I had an appointment. I needed to have a tire replaced with a nail in the firewall. Additionally, I had to have the tire placed on a new rim that I provided because the old one was bent from a bad encounter with a pothole. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The most annoying part is that when they replaced the wheel, they did not have a sensor to put on the new wheel (I do not know if they considered using the one from the old rim, which was working fine) so now my car has a tire underinflation warning on permanently indicating the sensor is bad. I say "permanently" because they were very vague about what I should do to have a new sensor installed. As I sit here typing this, I do not know when or if they are going to install a new sensor. I guess I have to take it somewhere else where they are professional and can install it in a timely manner. There were other things that were frustrating about this visit, but they are too many to go into here. All in all, the only thing good about this was the price, but sometimes I guess we need to pay more to get it done right. Lesson learned!
