A brand new tire wasn't holding air so when I arrived to the appointment, the lady said they would have to order a new tire and it would be a few days. She said all this without even looking at the vehicle. Come to find out, I picked up a nail within a day of getting the new tire. Some people need to be trained on what to say without saying stupid stuff!

My service was great. The tech was so nice and got my work done quickly. I was a walk in to have my tire checked and needed a new tire as it couldnt be plugged. They had the new tire on and I was out in less than an hour. The Auto Center at Carroll Island is so much better than the Dundalk one.

My service was awful after sitting for 1 hr I get a text message that my appointment was canceled cause they kept calling me they had my old number but they seen me sitting there they should of came in waiting room and asked. Poor management just standing around not knowing what their doing

I have requested a battery check but was not done.. the guy who did the service says their unit is not working. How come the customer service upfront does not know that. She could have inform me right away.
Previous service, I requested my tires be rotated after oil change and they said to come back other times. They can't do the same time. Then they also charge me $20 changing my air filter.

I made an appointment but the car was only taken 1.5 hrs after I arrived, the whole job took 3.5 hrs and I was just getting an oil change and the tires replaced. The light for the oil change keeps flashing now and the reminder for the next oil change was done with wrong estimates. The technician left the cover inside the engine loose. So I overall not a very satisfied experience. They can do better.

Having an appointment made absolutely no difference to the technicians. Oil changes do not take 2 hours. Additionally, I told them the tires were to be balanced and rotated --- they were not now necessitating a return trip. Doubtful too that they checked my fluids levels (receipt said they did), yet when I got home I added 1/2 bottle windshield washer to the bottle. Checked? Perhaps. Topped on? Not even close.

Great service and price! Courtney and the crew were very accommodating. My only small complaint would be that on the tire pressure check, what was reported on the print out was different from the indicator on my vehicle which indicated to me that it wasn't really checked.
