Luckily corporate Walmart took care of me but the staff was not careful enough to avoid putting those scratches on my wheels.

Scheduled Walmart Auto Care appointment disappointed. Oil change took way too long (2hrs 15min). Wanted additional service (engine air filter), but request was ever relayed/executed by staff.
They really dropped the ball on service.

Not enough employees at the service counter. Sometimes there were no employees. Employees doing so may things at the same time.The wait was long. Very corteous and customer service oriented employees.

I didn't like that I had my appointment at 4:30 pm and my car was the last one out the shop. I got there exactly 4:30 and I didn't get my car back until 7:30 a two hour wait is insane. Lastly, every time I asked a questioned they didn't care to explain right just brushed it off so costumer service is bad. Never again coming here.

Very good experience. Did not have to wait very long. Customer service representative was very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable waiting area. Pricing for synthetic oil change and tire rotation very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Walmart auto center to others.

horrible service. waited almost 3 hours for an oil change just to walk around back outside to see nobody working on the car and the hood down. I had to nearly walk into the garage to get someone's attention to get my service closed out and my keys back because there was nobody at the counter for the past hour.
