Went in for battery replacement. A quick check in by Jerry & a 2 hour wait was quoted due to associate calling out of work, but not an issue for me, my battery was dead! Exactly 2 hours later I received a text my car was done! A quick check out & I was on my way!!

For the second time in three years, Walmart tire center saved me on a Sunday. I was traveling and had a tire pressure warning light. Sunday morning the guys at Walmart inspected my tires, pressured them up and sent me safely on my way. And, they didn't charge me. Thanks to Terry and the rest of the team.

Personnel were nice enough. They lack expertise and probably tools to truly call themselves a tire center. Giving a 2 rating because I went in for a tire repair and they tried to get me to replace all 4 tires. Got a second opinion from another tire shop and they were able to fix me right up.

The shop was understaffed. I waited over two hours for an oil change. I was second in line. They were too busy to rotate my tires, so I did it myself at home. They filled the engine with the incorrect oil which was replaced by the correct oil. They were courteous and friendly.

They were super fast, knowledgeable, and surprisingly inexpensive. I asked a question no one knew the answer to so the lady called someone to find out. I really appreciated that. Most places will just give you one option which is almost always the most expensive thing to do. In this economy, not feeling like im getting taken advantage of by a sales person is a top priority. The two working with me didnt feel like sales people at all. On top of all that, my new tires are perfect for my car and make my drive much smoother. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone.

By far the worst experiance at a service shop I have had. I had warranty work done on a defective tire I had installed 2 months ago. They were trying to get me to pay for a completly new tire. They tried to state the hole on the inner side wall was from a road hazard. The customer service rep call me to tell me i will have to buy a new tire. As I was explaining to him that it should be covered under warranty he was scoffing at me with every point I made like it was a inconvienance to be doing his job!
