I had a battery issue and went there and they tested and said it was OK. I went to the other Walmart and they tested and said it needs replacement and helped. That fixed the car.
I have had several bad experiences with Auto service and rethink of using them now as I have lost trust now.

Musfa does not do a good job of communicating! He's borderline rude and i ordered my tires to be rotated with my oil change but this didnt get done because i need two new tires. HELLO!!! Call me and tell me i need two new tires and i would purchase them through you all. Just makes no sense! Waste my time and you lose a sale of two tires! Just dumb!

I had my oil changed but they didn't check my tire pressur. I had to wait again until they could put air in one of my tires. I assumed tire check came with the oil change.

Service was excellent, although I think they need to update their menu to reflect the fact that they no longer check other fluid levels during an oil change, which is something I wanted done. Had I known this in advance, I'd pay the extra $20 to get my oil change somewhere else. That said, they employees are excellent and they did their job quickly, with a friendly smile that's always appreciated.

Bought Yokohama tires on Walmart.com. Paid to have them installed and bought warranty. Went for a flat repair and they tried to charge me $15.00. The store's records do not have the Yokohama tires DOT numbers in the computer. Had my original reciept in glove box. Going to have to contact a store or regional manager to have them update system and prevent from happening to others...

Brought in a good vehicle to replace battery. They took in the vehicle saying they have the battery. Later they said their battery won't fit. Whatever they did, the check engine light wet off. They are telling me to take to go to Auto Zone to read the code. They don't have a reader. What an irresponsible store and employees. No accountability and passing business to competitors. Never going to Walmart.
