The two guys that helped me with my tires were great. They knew exactly where the leak was and fixed it promptly. I don't know their names, but they were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They need a raise!!

Tire install was quick, but the employees just put the spare in the trunk, not in the wheel where it should have gone. This tire was extremely heavy to me, and i am a small framed person. My back hurt the next day due to this. It would have just taken them a few minutes to put the spare tire back where it belongs.

Took my car into Walmart to get four new tires on. They says they couldn't do it. Couldn't get lug nuts off and didn't want to mess up my car. After taking it to Discount Tires and paying double found out that my type of car use VW nuts and have to apply more pressure to get it off.

The tire tech did not put in my mileage as I requested him to do of the 92,270 miles so that I could have an accurate account of my mileage. So now his inadequacy does not keep my record on track. I was not happy that he did that, Teddy was who I spoke to when went in there (this was 2nd time he neglected to put on record). The hour I was told it would take to do 4 tires, took 2 hours.
