Very courteous employees and took my vehicle in on time. My vehicle is supposed to use 6 quarts of 5-30 full synthetic oil and that was what was used. My only problem was that I asked for tire rotation and that was not completed. Next oil change, I'll remind them to complete the tire rotation.

We didn't know walmart had battery install service so it was a very pleasant surprise when the worker told us they could install the battery we were purchasing. They had the best price for the most CCA's and then also installed when it was a below zero day out. They got it in and it was done before we finished shopping.

My father was very ill and admitted to the Emergency room/hospital. I needed my oil changed due to the distance of traveling. After my service the team lead/manager Owen confronted me with imposing posture and a scowl, stating "so I hear you had a problem with one of the employees ". Or something to this affect. It was not necessary, as he knew i was stressed and suffer from anxiety (previously explained to him). Ultimately I answered his question, but he didn't let it go and it's the typical bully poor management demeanor he and some of his male staff exhibit. On top of being a poorly managed and under utilized shop.

He was very nice but it took a long time to get bucked in. Yeah, the talk to each person then. He had to run the keys to the car and remove the car. So he was good at what he was doing. Well, there should be a middleman that hands the keys off there was two people in front of me.Yeah, I waited almost a half an hour. Then, when I picked up my car and received the paperwork notten was explained to me. I guess I had problems with my previous tires after reading the paper at home.
