Attendant stated they were out of my oil filter for my car and he had to go pull one from the shelf which was $6 more. They also didn't carry the oil change I normally get which was around $35. Everything actually cost me a little over $60 which is crazy. I will be looking for another place to change my old that's cheaper!!

They open at 7am...I was there at 7:05 and waited until 7:25 when someone came out and said they couldn't service nor write up my ticket until another auto tech arrived. We left and came back at 8:25. They finished the service at 10.

Great experience! I had two new tires installed, oil changed, and new wiper blades installed and it only took around 30 minutes total. The auto service member was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite and I plan on using Walmart Auto Care Center again for my auto service needs.

I called ahead to see if they used the brand of oil I prefer, was told yes. Arrive, check in, and tech confirmed my oil choice. After service, I see the sticker, and they gave me an inferior brand oil. When I mentioned this, the tech said he'd drain it out, but I'd have to pay for new oil. Their mistake, but horrible attitude trying to get it fixed

I was passing thru with a tire that had a slow leak. There was one customer ahead of me and one technician. I explained my need to get back on the road. the gentleman engaged another colleague and assigned him to the first customer. He then got me out as quickly as possible. Thank You.

The auto shop manager was EXCELLENT in getting us in the repair garage in record time. We needed a tire, got our car towed into the Walmart garage to waiting mechanics, and back on the road with a smile. What a wonderful experience for two retired ladies driving back home to Florida. The service I recd was convene, quick, and courteous.
I went in for a tire repair and came out with 4 new tires because the ones on the car were passed needing to be replaced. I always get the road hazard insurance and have used it several times. It is so convenient since there are Walmart service centers in any city of any size along my travel routes. Their prices are reasonable and their products are reliable.

We have been coming to this Walmart in Madison for almost 3 years and are pleased with Customer Service. However, this visit for our oil change was a little sour. The greeter was not friendly at all. She looked miserable. She barely said a word except for the basic questions. She didn't say Good Morning, did not introduce herself, and did not say Thank You towards the end of us giving her our keys. As someone that has been doing Customer Service for over 30 years, I believe she needs more training on how to handle customers especially as a Greeter. Other than that, the experience was okay.
