I liked that I was able to walk in get serviced and was done in 45 minutes. Of course I was there as soon as they opened. The price was great for what I had done. I get my oil change here as well. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and that makes it nice especially when dealing with car issues.

I had an appointment for 4:30. I usually am able to go at 7:30 before work but all those slots were taken. I love the progress updates via text messages. I also like the choice of roaming the store or sitting in the waiting area. They never try to sell me what I don't need but make me aware when I do.

The odometer reading of 7,777 is incorrect. The correct odometer reading was 61,436 miles. An inaccurate odometer reading may affect the tire warranty in the future, causing premature tire life.
