They let me choose a 20,000 mile oil filter to match the full synthetic Mobile 1 oil change and I added their on-car fuel injection cleaning using an external machine. Got everything for less than a full synthetic oil with basic oil filter change most anywhere else. Got my Walmart shopping done while Walmart auto did their work.

Had to ask many time to also have tires balanced, which I've paid for, because paperwork didn't go back to guy doing it to do this. Also, tires pressures were set at 37, 36, 38 and 41. So when I got home I had to make them all the same. Never had this kind of trouble before.

Service and staff both great. And personable. My only issue is with the app and website appointment applications. You have 2 options, oil change or buying and/or tire Installation. There should be an option for other services including lifetime rotation and balancing.

I would given 5 stars, but there was a mix up with doing the lifetime tire rotation. The issue was I schedule an oil change, which was done well. The online scheduling does not have tire rotation and balance in the list of services. I was told I'd need to call that in when making the appointment. Walmart should add this to the list of services since you offer and we paid for lifetime tire service.

Recently had an oil change performed ona 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. While the staff were pleasant, the technician did not seat the oil filter gasket correctly (according to Jeep dealer) and this caused oil to blow out and emitt a low oil pressure light at 5am, heading out of town on Sunday Feb 2nd, 2025. Had the Jeep towed Monday and rented a car in order to keep the trip. Very frustrating for a simple oil change.

The auto team at Wal-Mart was knowledgeable, thorough and timely. I had them investigate a small, intermittent, rubbing noise. They found a piece of bent plastic that would touch the tire in a turn. It was quickly moved out of the way. The tier direction and oil change were done ahead of the expected time! All notes were clearly explained. Thank you!
