They spent over 90mins of a 2hr 15min total time for oil & rotate and balance on their phones (their was 4 of them, 5 at some points and 2-3 vehicles at a time including mine) They also changed my oil without first checking if they had my filter in stock and force up charged me after taking one off their shelf and making me pay the increased cost.

Last 2 times I have brought a vehicle in, which was 2 different vehicles, they have refused to rotate the tires. I've been told I need to make another appt and bring the vehicle back, they're booked and way to busy. The last time, it was 7 am on a Sunday. I was the only car until I was leaving the parking lot. The oil change was ok.

I love dealing with this Walmart service center location in Hillview Kentucky. All the other ones I've ever been to are horrible. A lady named debbie I think she's the service manager. I've dealt with her the last couple times she seems to be very organized the the maintenance department seems to be the same every time I come in older gentlemen, that know what they're doing. Just a very comfortable situation.
