I made an appointment for 3:00 and car did not get started till 3:45. There were 2 rude tire workers. Not friendly at all especially for the $$$ that was spent on my new tires installation should have been more friendly. But the cashier that helped set up appointment she was the best.

Shop didn't have the oil I use and switched to the store brand without consulting me first. Requested my air filter and cabin air filter be changed and was told afterwards that they didn't have the filters in stock. Just overall unsatisfied with the experience.

My 45 minute service turned into 2 hours, found out from Cece at the customer service/ cashier that my vehicle was bumped for two others vehicles to be serviced. Not pleased at all.

They rotated my tires but the next day the tire pressure light came on. I took it to the Gilroy Walmart and they aired it up. The next time I headed back over the pass again the light came on again so had to stop and get it aired up at a gas station. Not very happy with the Walmart in Los Banos.

Para empezar pedi que la llanta derecha se me entregara y no se me entrego . Segundo la copita que lleva el ring no se la pusieron tuve que regresar y hacerles ver los errores al final me entregaron la llanta y la copita del ring pero se me hiso falta de interes departe de los que hicieron el trabajo .

I took my car to get tires rotated and balance. I picked up my car hours later and noticed that the tires were no rotated. I had a chipped rim in the front when I dropped my car off and the same rim was still in the same spot. Then I tried calling and no one answered. The paperwork said they rotated when it was not.
