I always come here for my oil changes without incident. On my last visit, all was good and fast , until i left and drove out of parking lot and my car would not accelerate and I almost caused an accident. I had to chug it back over there for the manager to " review". Turns out he said that they " overfilled the oil". How do you do that when your notes say you put approx 5 quarts ? So scary.

I had scheduled appointment at 5:00 whoever was encharge they pull the car in at 6:30 pm when they started working on the car. I have to wait until 8:10 pm for my car to be ready. It was a rainy day. They were going to replace the two front bad tires and they were refusing to put brand new tires on the back. They were refusing to follow they own safety rules on brand new tires specially when roads are wet. Ridiculous service.

I got there at 0945. There was only 1 mechanic available. Although my appointment wasn't until 1030, my car wasn't touched until a little after 1100. After the tire rotation, the sensor light has not gone out. Cannot contact the store for advice.

I took my car in for an oil change after driving my car home the next morning my driveway was full of oil that had been leaking from the technician that over filled it and also did not screw the cap on correctly. Now I had to clean up his mess!!

I was surprised to find out that a appointment was necessary.This was inconvenient for me. If someone doesn't keep their appointment, they wont fill it with someone who is there. They dont care . Great price for a oil change though.

I liked that they were able to service my car in a reasonable time without an appointment. However, they concluded they could not find an issue with either the tire or rim for leak, even though after sitting the tire went flat.

I really appreciated the fact that Walmart Auto Center was open on Easter! I had run over a piece of metal that was embedded in my front left tire the day before and everyone was closed for the holiday. It took a while but it isn't like one can't burn a couple of hours at Walmart! Malcomb was awesome!

Went in for an oil change waited over 2 hours because they were taking in appointments. So I made an appointment for the following week and I even got there 1 hour early and I still got skipped and waited 2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for they took a walk in before me not happy at all always recommended Walmart for oil changes but this last experience was the worse.

First my appointment was cancelled. I had paid for installation through Klarna. the day of, after getting tires installed i had to pay again for installation. I went in with my tire light on my dash and still came home with tire light on dash. Walmart said my wife cancelled, why would she cancel if i need the tires replaced.

Wry slow service and for no reason. Was not crowded and service personnel were talking and joking around not paying attention to what needed to be done. My car was complete and parked. No one called me. I had to go to the counter and tell the service person my car was done. It took 1.5 hours to get one tire installed. All 4 customers there were complaining for various reason. Good price and still not worth it.

For my tires boight from them, I requested rotation and balancing. It was during closing hours. I noticed it was done quite fast so I double checked and found out that balancing wasn't done. They had to bring my cat back in and did it. If I didn't check, this would have been the 2nd time they missed something with the service package promised .

Service was promp and done neatly. Floor mat and seat cover was used to not leave any oil stains in interior. Despite being a German vehicle they were able to reset the oil light without any issues. Knowing the service record shows up on car fax is a plus.
