The employee was cold and demeaning and unclear with his feedback. I explained that there was a squeal that I asked them to check. I also said the breaks were stiff. His response was that my breaks were shot but did not explain the next course of action. Turns out he was referring to the stiffness of my breaks and not to the squeal
